It s in a very calm and quiet surroundings, bit away from the city center. The room and services are good. Got a complimentary mini bar, gym (with necessary equipments).
The only drawback is there is nothing much to do in walking distance of the hotel.

Our room was neat and soundproof provided with a nice view, the bathroom and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was warm, good priced and with a view on the beautifull sqare. The location was magnificent and lovely, just a pleasant stroll away from Hant Arena.

Room temperatures can get uncomfortably warm, even with the window open. The location requires a decent 25-minute walk to the old town, which could be tedious on colder days. The 50 bus stop outside can be a bit noisy, and occasionally I felt it lacked proper soundproofing against outside disturbances.
